A NOTE FROM OUR EDITOR:

Managing yearly mycotoxin variation

Happy New Year, and welcome to the first issue of FARMFEED in 2019!

If we look back at last year, we see that, in many regions of the world, mycotoxins played a significant role in crop quality.

Much of this mycotoxin risk was the result of extreme weather conditions.

We all know that we cannot control the weather, but luckily, there are some techniques we can utilize to help manage our mycotoxin risk.

In this issue of FARMFEED, we take a look at the mycotoxins observed in the 2018 harvests, as well as the factors that influence mycotoxin occurrence and management, from field to feed mill.

As always, I hope you enjoy reading this issue of FARMFEED.
